Late start

Starting over at 40 is not something I thought I would be doing. It was certainly not something I had on my bucket list. It is a very scary thing. I have 3 kids and was a stay at home mom. To make things fair, my ex-husband (gosh that’s going to take some getting used to) and I decided to sell the house we lived in, split the money from the sell and each get our own new place. The house has to be within this school district so that our kids can stay at their school. Since my ex-husband and I both grew up in this town, that wasn’t a problem for either one of us. We’re not looking to run away, just start fresh on our own. So for now, I’m getting an apartment for me and the kids. I’m not getting anything fancy until I get my feet under me and we’ll do without as much as possible to start with. No phone or cable for now, my kids will be bummed, but I did snag a great deal on internet with Satellite Internet so that should make up for no TV since they love doing things on the computer.
